09/05/04 - A British helicopter crewmember assists Saga Al Gazzey out of a helicopter at the Basra International Airport, Iraq, Sept. 5, 2004. Gazzey received a heart operation at the Royal Brompton Hospital in the United Kingdom, paid for by Chain of Hope. Her father Niam Zeyan, a tribal leader in the Basra providence, has accompanied her since she left Iraq.
